Getting RSS newsfeeds from ENN
At ENN we get a lot of requests asking "Do you have RSS?". The simple answer is yes. ENN has RSS Newsfeeds for all stories on our site, so you can choose to access either all stories or just those from a specific channel using an RSS Reader.
An RSS Reader is just a tool. It can run on your own PC or via a website. It pulls the latest headlines from the RSS address; in ENN's case our main RSS channel is http://www.electricnews.net/enn.rss. ENN's RSS channels brings you our latest news straight to your desktop or an online account with a service such as Bloglines. It lets you scan the latest headlines and only bother to visit our website if you see an article you'd like to read further. Examples of RSS Readers you can run on your own PC include Pluck (http://www.pluck.com) which works with Internet Explorer and is free or RSS Reader, (http://www.rssreader.com) also free, while there are a variety of web-based Readers, including My Yahoo (http://my.yahoo.com) or Bloglines (http://www.bloglines.com), all also free.
Below we've done the hard bit by adding ENN's main RSS feed to some leading web-based RSS Readers. Just click and let them do the rest. Below this we've broken out a list of the individual RSS channels available from ENN. Either copy these and add them manually to your preferred RSS Reader or, if you have Pluck installed, for example, clicking the RSS button should automatically add the channel.
Please note: if you should have difficulty subscribing to any ENN RSS newsfeed please let us know by emailing us, saying what RSS newsreader you were attempting to use and what channel you were subscribing to.
